Crye-Leike’s Debbie Flowers Becomes a Broker

Nashville, Tenn. – The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Debbie Flowers of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker’s license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in November 2004.

To become eligible for the examination, Flowers met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Flowers is a full-time broker, associated with Crye-Leike’s Murfreesboro branch office, located at 2850 South Church Street in Murfreesboro. With over 17 years of sales experience, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Rutherford County, as well as within the surrounding counties of Bedford, Cannon and Williamson. She resides in Murfreesboro and is a native of Franklin, Tenn.

As a multi-million dollar producer, Flowers’ sales performance has brought her recognition as the No. 1 sales associate in Murfreesboro, and is ranked among Crye-Leike’s top 10 agents in Middle Tennessee.

She holds several national professionally recognized designations.  She is a certified premier properties specialist (CPPS), which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Murfreesboro Area.  She holds the certified residential specialist designation (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.  Flowers also specializes in residential brokerage as a Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI).
