Crye-Leike’s Anita Bell Excels in Residential Brokerage

Memphis, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Anita Bell, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors? (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors? nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Bell demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions as well as had advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

Bell is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s West Memphis, Ark. branch office, located at 501-975-2100. There, she serves as both the managing broker and manager.  She is responsible for the recruitment and sales management of over 25 sales associates, as well as selling real estate full-time in Arkansas and Tennessee, herself.

With over 18 years of real estate experience, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Crittenden and St. Francis counties in Ark., as well as in Shelby County, Tenn.

Bell is a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes her outstanding sales performance over a five-year period in annually selling in excess of $2 million.  She is also a member of the Arkansas Multi-Million Dollar Club for her sales achievements.

In addition to attaining her CRS, Bell holds other national professionally recognized designations.  She is a certified residential specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. As a CRS, she has the skills needed to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process. Bell also specializes in residential brokerage, a designation denoted as GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute.

Also an active member within her community, Bell is a member of the West Memphis Chamber of Commerce and the Foundation Board at Mid-South Community College.  She also participates in the Crittenden Arts Council and the West Memphis Rotary Club.

She is a member of the National, Tennessee and Arkansas Associations of Realtors.
