Crye-Leike Agent Melonie Carideo Excels in Residential Brokerage

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Melonie Carideo, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors? (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors? nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Carideo demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions as well as had advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

Carideo, a Hixson, Tenn. resident, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s East Brainerd branch office, located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga. She serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as within the surrounding counties of Bradley and Marion.

She specializes in helping first-time homebuyers and investors as well as those families relocating to the area.  Her efforts in helping relocating individuals to the area brought her recognition as Crye-Leike’s 2003 Relocation Gold Award winner for generating the most outgoing and incoming referrals.

She is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors. An active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, Carideo has served on its Partners in Education Committee for the last three years.

She holds the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation, specializing in real estate buyer representation. Within Crye-Leike, Carideo is a member of its Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes her annually selling in excess of $2 million in real estate.

In 2002-2003, Carideo was ranked among the top 10 percent of sales associates in Crye-Leike’s East Tenn. region, which led her to receiving Realty Alliance’s National Sales Leader Award for her sales performance.
