Crye-Leike’s Sandy Phillips Becomes a Broker
Chattanooga, Tenn. – The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Sandy Phillips of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker’s license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in September 2004.
To become eligible for the examination, Phillips met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
Phillips is a full-time affiliate broker, associated with Crye-Leike’s Athens branch office, located at 500 S. Congress Parkway in Athens. Specializing in residential homes and relocation, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around McMinn, Monroe, Meigs and Polk counties.
As a multi-million dollar producer, Phillips’ sales performance has brought her recognition as a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a distinction that recognizes her annually selling in excess of $2 million.
Professionally, Phillips is a member of the National, Tennessee and Knoxville Area Associations of Realtors.
