Little Rock, Ark. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Johnnie Walker, was recently awarded the company’s certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in Arkansas. He is among 91 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this distinction.
Johnnie Walker, a resident of Little Rock, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Little Rock – Hinson Road branch office. He markets residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in and around Pulaski County. He specializes in mid-to high-end properties and relocation and offers over 37 years of combined experience in business and real estate.
Walker is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that exemplifies his outstanding sales performance of individually selling annually in excess of $2 million.

The luxury home market appears to be expanding, according to a report by the Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies. They report that the number of “million-dollar” homes in the last decade grew 150 percent more than the total number of U.S. homeowners. Luxury, condos, coops and secondary residences were not included, indicating that the true growth rate of “million-dollar” homes is much higher.
