Crye-Leike’s Felix Bishop Excels in Residential Brokerage

Memphis, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Felix Bishop, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.

To earn the CRS credential, Bishop demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate transactions and attained an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing. The CRS program provided Bishop with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help his clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transition process.

Bishop, a broker, is associated with Crye-Leike’s Quail Hollow branch office, located at 6525 Quail Hollow in Memphis. As a native Memphian, he serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Memphis and Shelby County.

In addition to securing his CRS designation, Bishop has attained several other professional designations. He is an accredited buyer representative (ABR) who excels in buyer representation as well as holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, which signifies specialization in residential and non-residential brokerage.

Bishop is a multi-million dollar producer and member of the National, Tennessee and Memphis Area Associations of Realtors.

Within Crye-Leike, he has attained membership within its Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 550 sales associates who have been recognized annually for their outstanding sales performance for individually selling in excess of $2 million. Additionally, his sales performance brought him further recognition as a life member of his local Realtor association’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.
