Crye-Leike’s Bob Masterson Claims Coveted ABR Status
Chattanooga, Tenn. – Bob Masterson of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
This distinction is signified by the ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. Displaying his ABR designation demonstrates to clients that Masterson has taken additional steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.
Among Crye-Leike’s 3,000 sales force, Masterson is among a select few who have achieved this distinction. There are over 300 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation, with over 1,512 active ABR members within the market areas in which Crye-Leike serves.
To attain this coveted ABR designation, Masterson met strict requirements, including taking a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
Masterson is an affiliate broker, associated with Crye-Leike’s Hixson branch office, located at 5870 Highway 153 in Hixson, Tenn. He markets residential properties to buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as helps people relocate to the Greater Chattanooga area. He is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors and serves on the local association’s Environmental Committee.
In addition to securing his ABR designation, Masterson also has attained the seniors real estate specialist professional designation (SRES), which signifies that he can help senior citizens make wise decisions about selling the family house, buying rental property or moving into a senior community. Prior to entering real estate, Masterson worked in the computer industry for 13 years. He holds the certified netware administrator (CNA) and the Microsoft certified professional (MCP) designations.
Within his community, Masterson is a regular blood donor for Blood Assurance and has been a member of the Hixson community for the past eight years. He is married and has three children. They are members of St. Jude Church.
