Crye-Leike’s Becky Meagher Claims Coveted ABR Status

Nashville, Tennessee – Becky Meagher of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

This distinction is signified by the ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. Displaying her ABR designation demonstrates to clients that Meagher has taken additional steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.

Among Crye-Leike’s 3,000 sales force, Meagher is among a select few who has achieved this distinction. There are over 300 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation, with over 1,512 active ABR members in Tennessee. Collectively, there are more than 33,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.

To attain this coveted ABR designation, Meagher met strict requirements, including taking a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Meagher is a broker and multi-million dollar producer with over 18 years of real estate experience. She is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Green Hills branch office, located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue in Nashville.

Meagher markets residential and luxury properties to buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County as well as helps people relocate to the Greater Nashville area. She is a member of the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors.

Within Crye-Leike, Meagher’s outstanding sales performance has ranked her as the No. 2 sales producer within its Green Hills office. She also attained life member status at the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors for receiving the Award of Excellence/Million Dollar Sales Award for five consecutive years, which recognizes her producing over $1 million in sales annually.

Among several community service awards she has been recognized for, Meagher was named 2002 Community Volunteer of the Year by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and 1995 Networker of the Year by Cable, a networking organization of over 300 female executives. She also raised over $4,000 to fight leukemia as a participant in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Tri-America Triathlon in 2003.
