Crye-Leike’s Jimmy Dugger Nominated for State Realtor of the Year

Nashville, Tenn. – Realtor Jimmy Dugger, vice president of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been nominated by the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors to serve as its nominee for the Tennessee Association of Realtors’ 2004 Realtor of the Year.

Dugger was named Realtor of the Year by the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2003.

Realtor of the Year is the highest Realtor award bestowed each year by a state Realtor association. The recipient exemplifies meritorious involvement and leadership at the local, state and national levels of the Realtor organization. Each candidate’s business accomplishments, community involvement (civic and nonprofit) as well as involvement at the state Realtor level are considered.

Dugger will be honored among all the Realtor of the Year nominees at the Tennessee Association of Realtors’ Annual Convention in October, with the winner announced at its annual banquet.

“There are typically only six to 10 nominees for this state award out of over 19,500 member Realtors in Tennessee,” said Pug Scoville, TAR’s media relations director. “Most nominees are prior recipients of their local association’s Realtor of the Year award.”

Dugger, a multi-million dollar producer, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch office, providing real estate services to buyer and sellers in and around Maury County.

Within Crye-Leike, he has been among its Top 25 sales producers for the past five years.

His sales performance also brought him company recognition as a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that exemplifies his outstanding sales performance of selling in excess of $2 million annually over a five-year period while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

Dugger is an elite member of Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence, one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry. He is among a select few who met stringent requirements, showing exemplary performance in the areas of advanced education, ethics, loyalty, sales volume and service to the community and real estate profession

Dugger is actively involved in his local, state and national Realtor associations. He currently serves as director and chairman of numerous committees of the Southern Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors and served as secretary-treasurer last year. He was identified as one of 12 emerging Realtor leaders in the state of Tennessee to participate in Leadership TAR, a leadership training program sponsored by the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR).  His involvement in Leadership TAR compliments his efforts as a graduate of Leadership Maury in Maury County.

Dugger holds many nationally recognized professional designations. He is: a certified residential specialist, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field; a certified premier properties specialist (CCPS), specializing in marketing luxury and estate properties; a seniors real estate specialist and counselor (SRES); an accredited buyer representative (ABR) which specializes in providing professional services to real estate buyers; and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) which specializes in all aspects of residential brokerage, to name a few.
