Crye-Leike in Jonesboro, Ark. Voted No. 1 Again in Reader’s Choice Awards

Jonesboro, Ark. –  Crye-Leike, Realtors’ Jonesboro branch office was recently voted the best real estate agency in the Greater Jonesboro area for its second year in a row by readers of The Jonesboro Sun newspaper during its Fourth Annual 2004 Best of the Best under the Sun awards.

The Jonesboro Sun, which has a daily circulation of 28,000 and Sunday circulation of 30,500, based the results on its readers casting their votes.

The newspaper established its readers’ choice awards program to garner community involvement and heighten the competitive spirit, said a spokesman from the newspaper.

“For Crye-Leike to receive this honor is a testament to the ideals and support systems upon which this company was founded,” said Joyce Isbell, co-manager of Crye-Leike’s Jonesboro branch office. “Our company’s founders, Harold Crye and Dick Leike, are focused on empowering our sales associates. They have surrounded Crye-Leike’s sales force with talented people and a management team that provides the technological support, financial backing, knowledge, products and systems to make the real estate transaction happen.”

“Crye-Leike’s goal is to provide our sales associates with the proper marketing tools they need to sell real estate for the highest possible price in the least amount of time,” said Cathi Nisenbaum, co-manager. “Our associates can choose from the many different tools and techniques available from our in-house marketing department, like SmartLine, an automated 24-hour information phone line which allows potential buyers instant access to information about the home 24/7; or, our visual marketing program which offers 360 degree virtual tours of homes on our company’s Web site.”

Crye-Leike’s Web site (www.crye-leike.com) is a popular destination in shopping for homes for sale, displaying over 70,000 residential and commercial properties for sale a day within the six states Crye-Leike has a market presence. Those states are Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Mississippi. Crye-Leike’s Web site averages over 20 million hits and over 500,000 unique visitors a month.

“Today’s consumers want the home buying process to be quicker and more streamlined,” said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike. “Hence, Crye-Leike provides comprehensive real estate solutions for its clients and the option of one-stop shopping, the core value of every Crye-Leike agent. Simply put, when you deal with a Crye-Leike sales associate, you are dealing with a team member who has the ability to offer services like mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty and home services in such a way that is truly unique to Crye-Leike.”
