Crye-Leike’s Pete Porter Claims Coveted ABR & GRI Statuses
Chattanooga, Tennessee – Pete Porter of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
This distinction is signified by the ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. Displaying his ABR designation demonstrates to clients that Porter has taken additional steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.
Among Crye-Leike’s 2,800 sales force, Porter is among a select few who has achieved this distinction. There are over 300 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation, with over 1,750 active ABR members within the market areas in which Crye-Leike serves. Collectively, there are more than 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.
To attain this coveted ABR designation, Porter met strict requirements, including taking a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
In addition to securing his ABR designation, Porter also has attained the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, which signifies specialization in residential and non-residential brokerage.
Porter is an affiliate broker licensed in Georgia and Tennessee. He is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. branch office, located at 69 Crye-Leike Drive in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. He markets residential properties to buyers and sellers in and around Catoosa County as well as helps people relocate to the Greater Ft. Oglethorpe area. He is a member of the National, Tennessee, Chattanooga and Georgia Associations of Realtors.
