Crye-Leike’s Chris Foutch Claims Coveted ABR Status

Nashville, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that William “Chris” Foutch of its Murfreesboro branch office has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors.

The ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation, demonstrates to clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Among Crye-Leike’s 2,800 sales force, Foutch is among a select few who has achieved this distinction. There are over 250 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation, with over 1,700 active ABR members in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi where Crye-Leike has a market presence. Collectively, there are more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.

The requirements for this coveted designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Foutch, an affiliate broker, markets residential properties to buyers and sellers in Rutherford, Bedford and Cannon counties as well as helps people relocating to the Greater Nashville and Murfreesboro areas. He is a member of the Tennessee and Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors as well as the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce.

Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (www.REBAC.net) has more than 40,000 members in North America who have earned the ABR designation. Of that total, there are over 1,500 ABRs in Tennessee with over 350 of those ABRs who are affiliated with Crye-Leike, Realtors.
