Crye-Leike Agents in Greater Little Rock Area Excel in Marketing Luxury Properties

Little Rock, Ark. – A total of 158 Crye-Leike sales associates recently completed a highly-specialized training course on marketing premier properties valued at $300,000 or more.

The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporate wide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, appraisal, custom construction, insurance and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as bus home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design and the history of the neighborhood.

“This course provides our Crye-Leike’s sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market,” says Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.  Over 550 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide have graduated from Crye-Leike’s Premier Properties Training Program.

Those Crye-Leike sales associates within Central Arkansas who graduated from Crye-Leike, Realtors’ continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:

Guest speakers at the recent Crye-Leike class that specialized in marketing premier properties included:  registered designer Scott Evans of Design & Cosntruction, Inc. who spoke on architectural issues in designing luxury homes; Tommy Mathieu of TAM Enterprises who addressed appraisal issues in valuing luxury properties; Scott Curtis, interior designer and owner of Westside Design Company, who discussed interior and exterior design; Tylan Davis of Wells Fargo who covered financing luxury properties; Bob Porto of Bob Porto Builders who addressed the group on contractor issues in building a luxury home; and, Crye-Leike sales associates CeCe McKay, Diane and Sandy Rhodes, and John Rogers who shared their sales experience in marketing luxury properties.

The program included a bus tour to local suppliers of custom cabinets and countertops, appliances, lighting, flooring, and bath & plumbing fixtures. Showroom consultations were held with Falks Plumbing, Metro Builders Supply, Tech Lighting, Prosource Flooring and American Tile. The program also included home tours of luxury properties in the area as well as of The Empress of Little Rock subdivision.
