Crye-Leike Agents in Chattanooga Area Excel in Marketing Luxury Properties

Chattanooga, Tenn. – A total of 158 Crye-Leike sales associates recently completed a highly-specialized training course on marketing premier properties valued at $300,000 or more.

The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporate wide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, appraisal, custom construction, insurance and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as bus home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design and the history of the neighborhood.

“This course provides our Crye-Leike’s sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market,” says Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.  Over 550 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide have graduated from Crye-Leike’s Premier Properties Training Program.

Those Crye-Leike sales associates within the Greater Chattanooga area, including Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga., who graduated from Crye-Leike, Realtors’ continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:
