Crye-Leike’s Susan McKinney Excels in Residential Brokerage

Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Susan McKinney, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.

To earn the CRS credential, McKinney demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate transactions and attained an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing. The CRS program provided McKinney with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transition process.

McKinney, an affiliate broker, is associated with Crye-Leike’s Franklin-Cool Springs branch office, located at206A Cool Springs Blvd. in Franklin, and serves buyers and sellers in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson Station and Spring Hill.

In addition to securing her CRS designation, McKinney has attained several other professional designations. She is an accredited buyer representative (ABR) who excels in buyer representation as well as a certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) who specializes in marketing luxury properties. She holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, which signifies specialization in residential and non-residential brokerage and she is a relocation specialist denoted by the Relocation Resources International specialist (RRI) designation that she also holds.

Within Crye-Leike, McKinney is a member of its Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 550 sales associates who have been recognized for outstanding sales performance.

Professionally, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors where she serves as a member of its board of directors.
