Michelle Taylor Named Crye-Leike Managing Broker

Nashville, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation’s 10th largest real estate company, has promoted Michelle C. Taylor of Greenbrier, Tennessee to managing broker of its Springfield branch office, located at 504 22nd Avenue East. She previously served as manager.

To become eligible for the examination, Taylor met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. In addition to her managing a sales force of 25 Crye-Leike sales associates, Taylor is a full-time real estate agent, serving buyers and sellers in Robertson, Sumner, Cheatham and Davidson counties. Within Crye-Leike, she was named 2002 Agent of the Year within its Springfield branch office and has attained membership into Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club for the past two years, a membership that recognizes Taylor individually selling annually in excess of $2 million and meeting other stringent requirements as set forth by Crye-Leike to achieve its annual total sales volume of $3.66 billion.

As a member of the Robertson County Association of Realtors, Taylor served as a board member in 2001 and has received its Award of Excellence for the past three years for producing over $1 million in sales annually. She holds the certified builder specialist designation that demonstrates to the public and to prospective clients she has mastered the issues involved in new homes construction.
