Crye-Leike’s Scott Boles Primed for Realtor Leadership

Murfreesboro, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its brokers, Scott Boles, has recently graduated from a leadership training program sponsored by the Tennessee Association of Realtors called Leadership TAR. Boles was one of 10 Realtors selected for the Class of 2003 from across the state.

Boles is managing broker of Crye-Leike’s Murfreesboro branch office, located at 1139 N.W. Broad Street , where he is responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of over 35 sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Murfreesboro as well as in the surrounding counties of Bedford, Cannon and Marshall.

Leadership CAR is a training program designed to encourage and develop future leaders for the Tennessee Association of Realtors, says Pug Scoville, Leadership Program director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. The program covers leadership skills as well as addresses community and association issues.

“This program has been very successful in producing leaders for the organization,” says Scoville. “Many participants are appointed to chair committees, serve on the board of directors and eventually serve as officers for the association.”

Boles has 15 years of real estate sales and management experience, specializing in real estate brokerage, relocation and new homes construction management. He has attained many nationally recognized professional designations, including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designations. As a Realtor, he is a member of the National and Tennessee Associations of Realtors.

The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. The CRB designation is the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in the specialized field of brokerage management. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. And, the GRI designation signifies mastery in the various aspects of residential brokerage.
