Crye-Leike’s Cindy Perling Excels in Residential Brokerage
Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Cindy Perling, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.
The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.
To earn the CRS credential, Perling demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate transactions and attained an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing. The CRS program provided Perling with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transition process.
Perling, an affiliate broker, is associated with Crye-Leike’s Green Hills branch office, located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue, and serves buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County. She also holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, which signifies specialization in residential and non-residential brokerage.
Within Crye-Leike, Perling is a member of its Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 550 sales associates who have been recognized for outstanding sales performance. Professionally, she is a member of the Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
