Crye-Leike to Hold Auction: Proceeds to Benefit United Way

Nashville, Tenn. – Garage sale unsuccessful?  Never get around to spring cleaning?  Take this opportunity to get rid of items no longer in use and benefit United Way at the same time.

Crye-Leike Auction Services announces that they will hold an auction to benefit United Way.  The auction will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30 at Crye-Leike’s Hendersonville branch office, located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway in Hendersonville.

Crye-Leike asks the public for assistance in this charity event.  Individuals may purchase or donate an item or items to be sold, bake an item to be sold, donate cash to be used for purchasing items for sale, invite others to attend, or donate an item in good condition that is no longer being used.

Auctioneer volunteers also are needed the day of the auction in the following areas: cashier, bid spotters, hand out bid numbers, help hold items for crowd view, and help load items into vehicles.

Conducting the auction will be Crye-Leike Auctioneers Tim Brewer, Mark Williams and Angelene Woodard, all of Crye-Leike Auction Services in Hendersonville.  They will be donating their time to assist with this charity effort.

“Anyone and everyone are invited to attend this charity auction and bid on items,” says Cliff Buckosh, who is serving as his office’s United Way team captain and auction organizer.  “Remember, this is for United Way, so donate and bid often!  Cash or a good check will be accepted for payment.”

To donate, volunteer, or for additional information, please contact Cliff Buckosh at 615/584-1018.
