Crye-Leike Agents in Mississippi Excel in Marketing Luxury Properties

Olive Branch, Miss. – Two Crye-Leike sales associates in Mississippi recently completed a highly-specialized training course on marketing premier properties valued at $400,000 or more. They are: Tammy Aldridge of Crye-Leike’s Olive Branch, Miss. office and Jean Leech of Crye-Leike’s Tupelo, Miss. branch office.

The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporate wide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, appraisal, custom construction, insurance and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as a bus tour through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design and the history of the neighborhood.

“This training program was designed to provide Crye-Leike sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high-end market,” said Joyce Friedman, director of Crye-Leike Premier Properties. A total of 436 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide have graduated from Crye-Leike’s Premier Properties Training Program.
