Crye-Leike Managing Broker Johnny McKay III of Crye-Leike's West Little Rock branch office was awarded the certified real estate brokerage manager (CRB) designation by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

Crye-Leike of Little Rock, Inc. announces that one of its affiliate brokers, Johnny McKay III, has been awarded the certified real estate brokerage manager (CRB) designation by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

The CRB designation, recognized industry-wide as the symbol of excellence in brokerage management, is the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in the specialized field of brokerage management. Realtors earning this CRB designation have completed a comprehensive program combining experience with management education.

McKay is managing broker and sales manager of Crye-Leike’s West Little Rock branch office, located at 11719 Hinson Road, where he is responsible for the sales management and recruitment of 40 sales associates who market residential and commercial properties in Central Arkansas, including the counties of Pulaski, Saline and portions of Lonoke.

As a multi-million dollar producer with over 14 years of real estate experience, Johnny and his wife, Cece, work as a real estate team and together produced over $8.4 million in sales volume last year.

McKay holds several other nationally recognized professional designations, including the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field; the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation which signifies mastery in the various aspects of residential brokerage; and the ePRO designation which signifies proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services.

He is a member of the Arkansas  Realtors Association and the Little Rock Realtors Association where he serves on its board of directors.
