Crye-Leike Agents in Collierville & Germantown Claim Coveted ABR Status

Memphis, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that 11 of its sales associates in the Greater Memphis area have been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.

Those Crye-Leike sales associates who received their ABR designation are:

Jeff Burress, Nelda Church, Ray Jennings, Patrick A. Terrell and Kathy Worthy, all affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Collierville branch office in Collierville, Tenn.;

JoAnne Reinhardt and Sherry Roberts, both affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Germantown – Exeter branch office in Germantown, Tenn.; and,

Harold E. Blockman, Tamara Bunnell, Barbra Nanney and Annie Taylor, all affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Germantown – Poplar branch office in Germantown, Tenn.

The ABR designation demonstrates to clients that agents have taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation and have the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

The requirements for this coveted designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (www.REBAC.net) has more than 32,000 members in North America who have earned the ABR designation. Of that total, there are 1,498 ABRs in Tennessee with 327 of those ABRs who are affiliated with Crye-Leike, Realtors.
