Marty Mauldin Claims Coveted ABR Status
Marty Mauldin of Crye-Leike, Realtors was awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation.

Chattanooga, Tennessee -Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Marty Mauldin, has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors.

The ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation, demonstrates to clients that she has taken steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Among Crye-Leike’s 2,300 sales force, Mauldin is among a select few who has achieved this distinction. There are 327 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation, with a total of 1,498 active ABR members in Tennessee.

Mauldin, a multi-million dollar producer, is affiliated with the Crye-Leike’s downtown branch office.  Working with Mary Jane Hooton as real estate partners, together they market residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton, Bradley, Dade, Catoosa and Walker counties as well as to those relocating to the Chattanooga or North Georgia areas.

Mauldin, an affiliate broker, is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors where she currently serves on the Chattanooga Association’s Environmental Committee.

She is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club which recognizes her outstanding sales performance, ranking her among the company’s top 50 producers in Chattanooga. Within her community, she is an active member of At Home with Diversity.

Before joining Crye-Leike, Mauldin worked for Kay’s Ice Cream for 10 years, supervising over 18 locations. The company was founded by her grandfather, F.R. Killmansperger. Later, Mauldin was administrative manager for Signal Packaging, involved in sales, customer service, accounting, production and inventory over a period of 10 years.

The requirements for this coveted ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

The National Association of Realtors is the nation’s largest professional trade association, representing nearly 720,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
