Chattanooga, Tenn. –     Crye-Leike, Realtors has promoted affiliate broker Ron Renegar to commercial manager of its Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management Division, located at Crye-Leike’s East Brainerd branch office, 1510 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga. He will be responsible for directing commercial sales and leasing activity within Hamilton, Catoosa, Dade, Walker, Bradley and Meigs counties as well as overseeing and recruiting a sales force of commercial agents.

Renegar, a resident of East Ridge, Tenn., brings to Crye-Leike over 28 years of sales and customer service experience in the travel industry. Renegar retired from Delta Air Lines after 24 years of service as a senior customer service agent, a prelude to owning and operating his own travel agency, All Aboard Chattanooga Travel, for four years before joining Crye-Leike.

As a Realtor, he is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors. He holds several professional designations, including the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation which signifies mastery in real estate buyer representation; the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in residential brokerage; and the certified premier properties specialist designation which signifies having the experience and training in marketing higher priced and estate properties.

Within his community, Renegar has served as chairman and a board member of the East Ridge Beer Board. He also has served on the East Ridge Revitalization Board and the Chattanooga Tourism and Travel Board.
