Nashville, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Traci Johnson of Crye-Leike’s Hermitage branch office, has been awarded the company’s certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in Hermitage and the Greater Nashville area. She is among the 59 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this designation out of the company’s 2,300 sales force.

Johnson, a resident of Hermitage, is an affiliate broker who has over 17 years of real estate experience. She markets residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Davidson, Sumner and Wilson counties. She specializes in first-time homebuyers, relocation and luxury properties.

Crye, chief executive officer.     Crye-Leike’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist Program includes completion of a highly-specialized two-day training course on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues and interior and exterior design. Sales associates also must meet strict elective and experience requirements, one of which includes selling higher priced and estate properties.

In addition to becoming a certified premier properties specialist, Johnson also holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, a nationally recognized professional designation that signifies mastery of residential and non-residential brokerage.
