Crye-Leike’s Brenda Estes Excels in Marketing Premier Properties

Memphis, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Brenda Estes, GRI, CRS of Crye-Leike, Realtors in Tupelo, Miss., has been awarded the company’s certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in Northeast Mississippi. She is among the 58 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this designation out of the company’s 2,300 sales force.

“The CPPS designation, the benchmark of excellence in premier properties services, demonstrates to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market that our agents have taken steps to continue their education in marketing premier properties as well as have the proven experience and training to deliver the highest level of ethical and professional service,” said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike.

Crye-Leike’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist Program includes completion of a highly-specialized two-day training course on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues and interior and exterior design. Sales associates also must meet strict elective and experience requirements, one of which includes selling higher priced and estate properties.

Other professional designations held by Estes include the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, a nationally recognized professional designation that signifies mastery of residential and non-residential brokerage. She also holds the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. To earn the CRS credential, Estes demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions as well as had advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

As a multi-million dollar producer, Estes has been recognized for her sales achievements by being inducted into Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 550 Crye-Leike sales associates who are recognized annually for individually selling in excess of $1 million and meeting other stringent requirements as set forth by Crye-Leike to achieve its annual total sales volume of nearly $3 billion. She also is a consistent sales leader within her office.

Estes, an affiliate broker, is a member of the Mississippi Association of Realtors and the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors.
