Crye-Leike’s East Tennessee Franchise Expands Operations

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty LLC of Kingston, Tenn., a franchise broker of Crye-Leike, the nation’s 13th largest real estate company, is expanding its operations less than two years after joining the Crye-Leike franchise system.

The expansion has doubled their office space to 2,600 sq. ft, now accommodating 25 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Roane County as well as in the surrounding counties of Rhea , Loudon, Meigs and Anderson. Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty is located at 1212 N. Kennedy Street on the north side of Kingston in the county seat of Roane County.

Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty’s business expansion was prompted by the recent growth in the area, says Bob Bowen, managing broker. “We see potential growth in Roane County with the recent opening of Ladd Landing Shopping Center which has a 400-homesite community development planned adjoining the property,” he said. “The developers’ plans are to build the new community over a 10- to 15-year period and city officials are discussing to annex that section as part of the city of Kingston.”

A ribbon cutting ceremony is planned on Wed., September 25, 2002, 11 a.m. to dedicate Crye*Leike’s new building space. The Realtor community is invited to attend.

Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty is independently owned and operated by Bob and his wife, Elaine, who work as a real estate team having over 17 years of real estate experience in sales and marketing. Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty was the first franchise in East Tennessee to join the Crye-Leike franchise system. Since then, two more franchises have joined Crye-Leike in East Tennessee in Morristown, Hamblen County and Greeneville, Greene County, both of which are located northeast of Roane County.
