John P. McKay III to Lead Crye-Leike, Realtors’ West Little Rock Branch Office

Little Rock, Ark.  –  Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation’s 13th largest real estate company, has named multi-million dollar producer John P. “Johnny” McKay III as managing broker and sales manager of its newly-established West Little Rock branch office, located at 11300 Financial Centre Parkway, Ste. 900.

McKay is responsible for the sales management and recruitment of 35 Crye-Leike sales associates who will market residential and commercial properties in Central Arkansas, including the counties of Pulaski, Saline and portions of Lonoke.

Crye-Leike recently expanded its regional operations into Little Rock, Arkansas in June 2002, making it Crye-Leike’s fifth regional office, joining Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga and Johnson City.

Company officials plan to establish six to seven more offices in the Little Rock metro area and recruit over 300 sales associates within the next three years.

For the past 10 years, McKay was managing broker and sales manager of McKay, Realtors, a family-owned Little Rock real estate firm.

McKay brings to Crye-Leike over 13 years of real estate experience. His wife Cece also joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as a real estate team with Johnny who together produced over $7.5 million in sales volume last year.

He holds several nationally recognized professional designations, including the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field; the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation which signifies mastery in the various aspects of residential brokerage; and the e-PRO designation which signifies proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services.

McKay is a member of the National, Arkansas and Little Rock Associations of Realtors. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Little Rock Association of Realtors where he also is a member of its Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership that recognizes annually individual sales production in excess of $1 million. He formerly served as president of the North Pulaski Board of Realtors in 1996 as well as served on the board of the Cooperative Arkansas Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service.
