Chattanooga, Tennessee – Crye-Leike of Chattanooga, Inc. announces that its sales associate Linda Cunningham, ABR, CPPS, GRI, a multi-million dollar producer, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Cunningham demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions and an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

Cunningham is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office in Chattanooga and specializes in marketing residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton County.

She is a member of the Chattanooga Home Builders Association and the Chattanooga, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors.

As a consistent multi-million dollar producer, Cunningham has been recognized by Crye-Leike for her sales achievements and is a customer service award winner. She is a member of Crye-Leike of Chattanooga’s Top 10 and Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.  Additionally, she has been ranked as the Top Sales Agent for Crye-Leike’s Soddy Daisy branch office for the past two years in 2001 and 2000.
