Crye-Leike Names Pam Teller as Managing Broker of Brentwood East Office
Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Realtor Pam Teller as managing broker and sales manager of its Brentwood East branch office, located at 5055 Maryland Way and one of three Crye-Leike real estate offices in Williamson County.
Previously, Teller served as assistant manager of Crye-Leike’s Priest Lake branch office. She is responsible for the recruitment, sales production and management of 74 sales associates who primarily serve the residential, new home sales, commercial and development needs of residents in Davidson and Williamson counties. Crye-Leike’s Brentwood East sales associates generated $124.70 million in sales volume in 2001.
Teller has marketed residential properties for the past 10 years in Sumner, Davidson and Williamson counties. She specializes in relocation, luxury properties, new home sales as well as serves as a homebuyer instructor.
She is an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors where she serves as a member of its Education and Habitat for Humanity committees. Her volunteer efforts further include supporting Youth Villages and serving as a foreign exchange student host and a foster parent, caring for 36 teenage girls over a period of 10 years.
She holds several national professionally recognized designations, including: the accredited buyer representative (ABR), the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation; the certified residential specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field; and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation that signifies mastery in various aspects of residential brokerage.
As a sales associate of Crye-Leike, Teller has attained several company awards of achievement, including: a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club which recognizes her annually selling in excess of $1 million; and a member of Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence which recognizes her exemplary performance in closed gross sales volume as well as in the areas of advanced education, ethics, loyalty and service to the community and real estate profession. As a member of the Circle of Excellence, she is awarded the honorary title, vice president of Crye-Leike.
