Crye-Leike Steps Up Recruitment Efforts

Nashville, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named broker Brenda Decker of Brentwood to the newly-established position of director of recruitment for the Middle Tennessee region. In her new role, Decker will be responsible for the recruitment of new sales associates to join Crye-Leike’s team of over 800 agents serving nine counties in Middle Tennessee.

“It has taken us 10 years since Crye-Leike came to Middle Tennessee to build our infrastructure and presence in the area, but we are now well positioned in the market with 21 branch and franchise offices in Middle Tennessee,” said Harold Crye, chief executive officer. “Establishing a director of recruitment is a natural next step for us as we focus on a more concerted effort in recruiting sales associates.”

Decker, an 18-year real estate veteran, will continue to list and sell residential properties. She is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Brentwood West branch office.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Decker was managing broker and assistant managing broker over a period of seven years for two local real estate firms in Brentwood.

Decker is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors where she served two terms as a director and one term as secretary-treasurer. As a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, she currently serves on its Convention Committee and has served on other leadership committees.

An active volunteer and supporter within her community, Decker is involved with WPLN Public Radio as well as the Tennessee Performing Arts, Mockingbird Theatre and the Elephant Sanctuary. She also is very active in the Spiritual Journey’s for Women class at First Presbyterian Church in Nashville.
