Karen Baker Named Training Director of Crye-Leike College
Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Karen Baker training director of Crye-Leike College, Crye-Leike, Realtor’s real estate training school established to help licensed sales associates at all professional levels achieve industry expertise. She will continue to serve as administrative manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville.
Baker will be responsible for implementing Crye-Leike’s in-house education and training programs in Middle Tennessee, a program that graduates over 150 new Crye-Leike sales associates annually in Middle Tennessee after having received over 50 hours of instructional education and training on the fundamentals of marketing and selling real estate. Company wide, Crye-Leike College graduates over 400 sales associates annually, covering a five-state Mid-South region.
Baker, an affiliate broker, has over 11 years of experience as education director for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, the state’s largest local Realtor association. She was responsible for their continuing education program and its real estate curriculum. Baker, a Williamson county resident and native of Memphis, Shelby County, is a member of the National, Tennessee and Williamson County Associations of Realtors.
