Linda Cunningham Becomes a Broker

Chattanooga, Tenn. –  The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Linda Cunningham, ABR, GRI, CPPS, an affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors, successfully passed the December 2001 real estate broker licensure examination which entitles her to receive a Tennessee broker’s license and is hereafter referred to as broker.

To become eligible for the examination, Cunningham met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker, and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Cunningham of Hixson is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office in Chattanooga, selling new and existing residential properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton County. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, she has been among Crye-Leike of Chattanooga’s Top 10 real estate agents as well as holds the Top Sales Agent ranking within her office, both honors achieved over the past two years.  She is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, an achievement that recognizes her outstanding sales performance, and was recently awarded a Crye-Leike Customer Service Award for demonstrating a passionate commitment to unsurpassed service to her clients.

She holds several nationally recognized professional designations. Cunningham is an accredited buyer representative (ABR) who excels in buyer representation, a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) which signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage, a certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) who specializes in marketing luxury properties and a senior marketing consultant.

Professionally, Cunningham is a member of the Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors, along with the Chattanooga Association of Realtors where she serves as a member of its Leadership Group. She also is a member of the Chattanooga Home Builders Association and a past member of Chattanooga’s Premier Club.

Within her community, Cunningham currently serves as finance chairman of Ramsgate Homeowners Association, is a donor of Blood Assurance and was past president of the Parent-Teacher Association. Prior to joining the real estate industry in 1998, Cunningham was in accounting and tax preparation for 16 years.
