Martin Cummings Recognized for Community Service

Nashville, Tenn. –  Martin Cummings, principal auctioneer with Crye-Leike, Realtors, was presented the Crye-Leike Community Service Award at the company’s recent annual meeting held in January. Cummings was recognized for his devoted service to his community and for his outstanding fund-raising efforts in raising over $1 million for over 100 charities in Middle Tennessee during his

28-year auction career.

Cummings, who also serves as principal broker and manager of Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office, has managed and sold residential and commercial real estate in Middle Tennessee for the past 28 years. He is noted as being Crye-Leike’s first sales associate in Nashville to manage the company’s first Nashville branch office, located in Mt. Juliet where it began operations in September 1992.

Cummings, a resident of Lebanon, is an active member of the Wilson County Association of Realtors where he has served as past president, vice chairman, trustee and a member of its Realtor Political Action Committee between 1986 and 1995. He holds the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, a nationally recognized professional designation and the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. Cummings also holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation which signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage.
