Crye-Leike Associates in Chattanooga Recognized for Superior Customer Service
Chattanooga, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors? presented its Customer Service Awards at its January annual meeting in Chattanooga to those sales associates who demonstrated a passionate commitment to unsurpassed service to their clients.
Those recipients were: Linda Cunningham, Leann R. Stitt, Todd Henon, Lynn Hitchcock and Hal Perry. They were chosen out of the hundreds of complimentary letters Crye-Leike receives regarding the superior service their sales associates provide.
Linda Cunningham of Hixson is an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office, selling new and existing residential properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton County. She holds several nationally recognized professional designations, specializing in real estate buyer representation, residential and non-residential brokerage and marketing luxury properties. She is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club which recognizes her outstanding sales performance. Within her community, Cunningham currently serves as finance chairman of Ramsgate Homeowners Association, was past president of the Parent-Teacher Association and is a donor of Blood Assurance. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Cuningham was in accounting and tax preparation for 15 years.
Leann R. Stitt of Soddy-Daisy is an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office, selling residential properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton and Rhea counties. She is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club which recognizes her outstanding sales performance. Within her community, she is an active member of At Home with Diversity and the Soddy-Daisy Baseball Boosters.
Todd Henon of Signal Mountain is an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office, selling residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Hamilton, Marion, Walker, Catoosa and Dade counties. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Henon was in sales with Chattanooga Church Furnishings for 17 years. He also owned and operated a construction company for six years.
Lynn Hitchcock of Signal Mountain is an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office where she has been recognized as a sales leader for several months. She is marketing residential properties to sellers and buyers, including first-time home buyers, in Hamilton and Sequatchie counties. Hitchcock holds the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. As a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, she is currently serving on its Environmental Committee.
Hal Perry of Sequatchie County is an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office. With over 40 years of experience in sales and construction, Perry specializes in marketing residential homes, building lots, mini farms and acreage to buyers and sellers in Hamilton and Sequatchie counties. He is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors and is a 25-year amateur radio operator.
