Gallatin, Sumner County Expansion

Nashville, Tenn. –  Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the opening of its newest branch office in Gallatin, Tenn., the second Crye-Leike office in Sumner County and the 20th Crye-Leike branch office in Middle Tennessee. The office is located at 1184 Nashville Pike (Highway 31), west of the city.

“Establishing a Crye-Leike branch office in Gallatin was part of our master plan to create a real estate presence in the Greater Nashville area,” said Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye-Leike’s Hendersonville office continues to have record sales and is at full agent capacity. Our new Gallatin branch office will allow Crye-Leike to better serve our clients in the area as well as will provide Gallatin with a real estate company that can grow with the city.”

Crye-Leike’s Gallatin office is located in a newly constructed and company-owned office building, occupying 5,624 square feet of office space on approximately one acre of land. The site originally housed a one-story residential home which became the second conversion in this re-zoned commercial neighborhood in Gallatin. A 3,080 sq. ft. expansion was added to the existing structure, making Crye-Leike’s investment in land and improvements over $550,000.

Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management served as the developer for the project; Dale Bennett of GEDS, Inc. in Gallatin was the principal engineer; R. Nemetz & Associates of Nashville, Tenn. served as the architect and Sorci & Swords Design of Nashville, Tenn. as the interior designer. First Independent Bank in Gallatin, Tenn. provided the construction financing for the project as well as the permanent loan.
