Crye-Leike Names its Circle of Excellence Vice-Presidents in Nashville

Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces that six of its sales associates were recently inducted into Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence, one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry. The Circle of Excellence, founded by Crye-Leike in 1987, has a total of 120 sales associates within Crye-Leike who have attained this elite distinction out of Crye-Leike’s 2,200 sales force. Members of the Circle of Excellence are awarded the designation, vice president of Crye-Leike.

Those six sales associates named vice presidents of Crye-Leike in the Greater Nashville area

were:

Sylvia Haneberg, Tim Kelly and Harold Whittaker, all of Crye-Leike’s Brentwood West branch office;

Jimmy D. Dugger and Diane McKee, both of Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch office (See bios at end of release);

and, Barry Flowers of Crye-Leike’s Murfreesboro branch office.

In order to receive this honor, each real estate professional met stringent requirements of the program, showing exemplary performance in the areas of advanced education, ethics, loyalty, sales volume and service to the community and real estate profession.

Jimmy D. Dugger – Dugger has been a sales associate with Crye-Leike, Realtors since 1996 and is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch  office.  He became a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2001, an elite membership recognizing outstanding sales performance over a five-year period while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

He is an active member of the Southern Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors (SMTBR) where he has held several committee chairmanships, including 2001 chairman of its Political Action Committee and 2000-2001 co-chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee’s fundraiser. Dugger was recently elected to service on the SMTBR’s 2002 board of directors.

Dugger has been awarded many professional designations. He is an accredited buyer representative (ABR), the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation and the only nationally recognized designation for buyer’s agents.

He is a certified residential specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field with only 5 percent of all Realtors? nationwide having earned this distinction. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

Dugger also is a seniors residential specialist helping seniors across the country make wise decisions about selling the family house, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.

Diane McKee – McKee has been with Crye-Leike, Realtors since 1995 and is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch office.  She became a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2001, an elite membership recognizing outstanding sales performance over a five-year period while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

She is an active member of the Southern Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors, serving as chairman of its Education Committee as well as a member of its Grievance, Arbitration and Media Committees. McKee is also a member of the Maury County Chamber of Commerce and its Membership Committee.

McKee is holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, a nationally-recognized professional designation that signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage.
