Crye-Leike Raises Over $33,000 for Youth Villages

Crye-Leike, Realtors raised over $33,000 for Youth Villages during the company’s 20th annual holiday fund-raising drives in Memphis and Nashville among its sales associates and corporate staff. Monies collected were used to purchase gifts during the holidays for the children of Youth Villages as well as support its mentoring program throughout the year.

Since 1981, Crye-Leike, Realtors has raised in excess of $263,000 for Youth Villages. All proceeds raised are designated toward the Chris Crye Fund, in memory of real estate broker Chris Crye, son of Crye-Leike co-founder and CEO Harold E. Crye, who died in 1998. Chris was an active volunteer and supporter of Youth Villages.

Youth Villages is a United Way agency that offers help and hope to more than 2,000 troubled children and their families each year through home-based counseling, therapeutic foster care and adoption services, residential treatment, community-based programs and prevention services. Today, more than 750 counselors, teachers and skilled support staff provide Youth Villages’ services from offices in 15 cities throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Texas.
