Branch Office Opens in Cool Springs; Moves from Franklin

Nashville, Tenn. – “Crye-Leike, Realtors is now better positioned to serve Williamson County’s real estate needs with its recent move to Cool Springs,” announced Gail Wallin, managing broker and sales manager of Crye-Leike’s new Cool Springs branch office. The office moved into a new company-owned business park in December 2001 at Aspen Grove in Cool Springs from its previous location in downtown Franklin.

Crye-Leike’s Cool Springs branch office is located at 206A Cool Springs Blvd. in Franklin, Tenn., on the south side of Cool Springs Blvd. between Mallory Lane and Mack Hatcher Parkway.

The new Crye-Leike Cool Springs office occupies 9,953 square feet, accommodating up to 75 Crye-Leike sales associates who primarily serve the residential, new home sales, commercial and development needs of residents in Davidson and Williamson counties. Crye-Leike’s Cool Springs sales associates generated $81.37 million in sales volume in 2001.

“Our new location gives Crye-Leike tremendous exposure between Interstate 65 and several busy thoroughfares as well as positions Crye-Leike in the middle of Williamson County,” said Wallin. According to the 2000 Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Cities & Vicinities Map of Brentwood & Franklin, the average daily traffic counts on Cool Springs Blvd. is 22,850 at Mallory Lane and 20,920 at Mack Hatcher Parkway.

Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management handled the development and construction services for Crye-Leike’s 27,000 square foot business park in Cool Springs which was completed in December 2001. The business park includes two single-story commercial buildings, each approximately 15,000 square feet, on 3.83 acres of land on Cool Springs Blvd at a total investment of approximately $3.8 million.

Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management also is the property management and leasing agent for the property and has completed securing third party tenants for the site. Crye-Leike’s branch office occupies 73 percent of the leasing space in Building I, with the remaining space leased to 1st Trust Bank for Savings and Realty Title & Escrow Company, Inc.
