Nashville, Tennessee – Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. announces that its sales associate Tommy Harvey has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors? (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors? nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Harvey demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions as well as an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

Harvey is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s branch office in Lebanon, Tenn. Professionally, he is a member of the National, Tennessee and Wilson County Associations of Realtors.  He is also a member of the Wilson County and Smithville-Dekalb Chambers of Commerce.  He serves on the Wilson County Economic and Community Development Board and the Rural Community Development Board of Hull York Lake RC and D Chapters.
