Grace Johnson Excels in Real Estate Buyer Representation

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Crye-Leike of Chattanooga, Inc. announces that sales associate Grace Johnson has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.

The ABR designation demonstrates to clients that Johnson has taken steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

The requirements for this coveted designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Johnson is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s downtown branch office.  Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, she provides residential sales services to buyers and sellers as well as to those relocating to the Chattanooga area.

Johnson holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Realtor Institute of the National Association of Realtors?, a national professional designation that signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage.  She is also a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Johnson was in accounting for over 20 years and in the banking industry for over seven years.
