The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.

The ABR designation demonstrates that Sanders has taken steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

The requirements for this coveted designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

A multi-million dollar producer, Sanders is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office and holds over 18 years of real estate experience. She sells residential and commercial real estate to buyers and sellers in Hamilton and Sequatchie counties.

Sanders also holds other nationally recognized professional designations. She was awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field, and the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, which signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage. Securing such designations provides Sanders the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

Professionally, Sanders is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Association of Realtors. Within her community, she is a member of Signal Crest United Methodist Church and is vice president of the board of directors for Signal Crest Free Medical Clinic, a non-profit organization that supports families in need of medical care on Signal Mountain.
