Memphis, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors? announces that seven sales associates have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors? (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors? nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors? in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, affiliates demonstrate professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, have a proven track record of real estate transactions and an advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.
