Crye-Leike Offers New Value Added Service: Business Model New to Nashville Area

Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, the nation’s 13th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced the introduction of a new value-added service, Crye-Leike Home Services, the first of its kind for Crye-Leike customers and sales associates in the Greater Nashville area.¬† The announcement was made today by Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye at the company’s annual Real Estate Expo, a trade show for its 800 sales associates that attracts over 55 exhibitors and features seminars as well as new and existing products and services relative to the real estate industry.

Crye-Leike Home Services is a new business model for Crye-Leike that combines the power of the Internet with personalized service. It offers customers, free of charge, access to a network of home and family related services that provide home buyers and sellers personalized service, convenience and savings for all of the activities and transactions associated with home purchases, sales and homeownership.

The division was first launched in Memphis, Tenn. in February 2001. Crye notes that the company’s long term plans include further expansion of Crye-Leike Home Services into all of its marketing areas that cover 26 counties in a four-state Mid-South region.

Crye-Leike Home Services – Nashville will serve the following counties in Middle Tennessee: Davidson, Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson.
