Linda Cunningham Excels in Residential and Non-Residential Brokerage

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors? announces that its sales associate Linda Cunningham, ABR, CPPS has been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Realtor? Institute of the National Association of Realtors?. She joins more than 24,000 Realtors? in North America who hold the GRI designation, a nationally-recognized professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in residential and non-residential brokerage. Currently, over 4,700 Realtors in Tennessee hold the GRI designation, with several thousand having taken one or more courses in the program series.

Cunningham is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office in Chattanooga. She is an accredited buyer representative who excels in buyer representation as well as a certified premier properties specialist who specializes in marketing luxury properties. Cunningham is a member of the Chattanooga Home Builders Association, Premier Club of Chattanooga and Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 550 Crye-Leike sales associates who have been recognized for outstanding sales performance. In her community, she works with Blood Assurance and still finds time to be a master gardener.

Through the Realtor? Institute program, real estate professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, construction, appraisal, finance and other topics in residential and non-residential brokerage. The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients. Successful graduation from the GRI program in Tennessee requires completion of 96 hours of course work and eight written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken.

The GRI program curriculum and standards are governed by the National Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest professional trade association, representing nearly 720,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.  In Tennessee, this program was first offered in 1966 and is administered by the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation, Inc. Courses of the Realtor Institute are offered statewide and sponsored by local boards of Realtors?.
