Nick Nicholas Excels in Real Estate Buyer Representation

Chattanooga, Tennessee – J. Frank “Nick” Nicholas of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. He joins more than 23,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, with 988 ABRs in Tennessee.

The ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation, demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Nicholas is a broker affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. branch office. As a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia, he provides professional residential and farm land real estate services to customers buying or selling properties in and around Catoosa, Dade, Hamilton and Walker counties in Tennessee.

Nicholas also holds the seniors real estate specialist professional designation (SRES) and is the only real estate agent in North Georgia with this designation. As a seniors real estate specialist, he helps seniors make wise decisions about selling the family house, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Nicholas was in business management for over 30 years and previously owned a business management firm for 16 years. In addition to his real estate career, he raises and shows Tennessee walking horses and German shepherd dogs on his N. Georgia farm.

The requirements for this coveted ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
