Janice Robertson Excels in Real Estate Buyer Representation

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Janice Robertson of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. She joins more than 23,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, with 988 ABRs in Tennessee.

The ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation, demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Robertson, a broker affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Downtown branch office, is one of Crye-Leike’s top 40 agents in the Greater Chattanooga area. She is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and is a team partner with Crye-Leike sales associate Jay Robinson. Robertson is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a membership of over 560 sales associates recognized for outstanding sales performance while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

The requirements for this coveted ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
