Crye-Leike Agents in Nashville Excel in Marketing Premier Properties

Nashville, Tenn. – A total of 27 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Greater Nashville area recently completed a highly-specialized training course on marketing premier properties valued at $400,000 or more. The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporate-wide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design.

Those 27 sales associates who joined the 186 graduates from Crye-Leike, Realtors’ continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:Diane Wright of Cyre-Leike’s Brentwood East branch office; Linda Beazley, Sylvia Haneberg, Danna Reed, Candace Revelette, Angie K. Smith and Patti Strange, all of Crye-Leike’s Brentwood West branch office;

Mark Anthony Hodges of Crye-Leike’s Fort Campbell branch office, located in Clarksville, Tenn.; Pinie Moore, Jim Raines, Elizabeth Raines, Lois Silagi and Wendy Toome, all of Crye-Leike’s Franklin branch office; Beverley Coons, Donna Crowley, A. Danny Hale, Otto Kreuzer, Sharon Miles Jan Morey and Jane Stinson, all of Crye-Leike’s Hendersonville branch office; Julie Gatlin and Linda Jackson, both of Crye-Leike’s Hermitage Old Hickory branch office; Anita Prevatte of Crye-Leike’s Murfreesboro North branch office; Hal Guldin of Crye-Leike’s Murfreesboro South branch office; Patricia Fox and Gloria Prescott, both of Crye-Leike’s Smyrna branch office; and Nell Murphy of Crye-Leike’s Springfield branch office.

“This in-house training program was designed to provide Crye-Leike sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high-end market,” said Tom Kimbrough, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc.

Guest speakers included: custom builder Mike Moody, president of Fredrik, Harris Estate Homes, a division of Newmark Homes, who is experienced in premier homes construction ($400,000 plus) and community development; architect J. Terry Bates who discussed architectural issues in home construction; appraiser Danny Wiley; interior designer Margaret Neal; Pam Neighbours of 1st Trust Bank for Savings; Steve Williams of Crye-Leike Insurance who addressed the various lines of insurance designed for premier property owners; and Marty Calfee and Tommye Thompson, both top producers and sales associates of Crye-Leike of Nashville, who served on a panel discussion and shared their experiences and marketing strategies in dealing with luxury properties.

Showroom consultations were held with Cenwood Appliances, Apex Supply Co. Inc. and Custom Craft Cabinets Inc.
