David Lefemine Named Manager of Crye-Leike Commercial in Johnson City

Johnson City, Tenn. – David Lefemine of Johnson City, Tenn. has been named commercial manager of Crye-Leike Commercial – Business & Investment Real Estate in Johnson City, Crye-Leike’s newest commercial division and its fourth regional commercial office company wide, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South. The office is located in Crye-Leike’s Johnson City branch office at 128 Princeton Road.

He is an active member of city government, serving as a commissioner on the Johnson City Regional Planning Commission and a director on the Community Development Advisory Board.

He currently is chairman of the Johnson City Building for the Future Task Force, responsible for comprising a new zoning ordinance for affordable housing to be built in the city. He also served a six-year term on the board and past chairman of Zoning Appeals for Johnson City.

Professionally, Lefemine is a member of the National, Tennessee and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, formally the Johnson City Association of Realtors. He was past president of the Johnson City Association of Realtors in 1988 and was awarded Realtor of the Year by the association in 1986. He also served as past vice president of the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association in 2000.
