Graduating Class of Crye-Leike in Nashville focuses on Premier Properties

Nashville, Tenn. – A total of 28 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Greater Nashville, Tenn. area recently completed a highly-specialized training program on marketing premier properties valued at $400,000 or more. The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporatewide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, custom construction, home inspection, insurance, appraisal and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design.

Those sales associates from Crye-Leike, Realtors who joined the 127 graduates from the real estate company’s continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:

Janell Glasgow-Hall and Donnie Stanley, both of Crye-Leike’s Brentwood East branch office;

Diane McKee of Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch office;

Wanda Bradley, Mindy Hill, Carolyn Jeffers, Trudy Kehn, Ken and Wanda Livingston and Susan McKinney, all of Crye-Leike’s Franklin branch office;

Didier Avice du Buisson and Karen Moore, both of Crye-Leike’s Green Hills branch office;

Oliver Barry, Loretta Liyana, Lou Miles and Jan Page, all of Crye-Leike’s Hendersonville branch office;

Beverly Hills, Diane Mitchell and Gini Thompson, all of Crye-Leike’s Hermitage Andrew Jackson branch office;

“This in-house training program was designed to provide Crye-Leike sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market,” said Tom Kimbrough, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc.

Guest speakers included: custom builder Mike Moody, president of Fedrik, Harris Estate Homes, a division of Newmark Homes, who is experienced in premier homes construction ($400,000 plus) and community development; architect J. Terry Bates who discussed architectural issues in home construction; appraiser Danny Wiley; home inspector Dave Andersen; Pat Walker of 1st Trust Mortgage; Buddy Hill and Steve Williams of Crye-Leike Insurance who addressed the various lines of insurance designed for premier property owners; and Stanley Mills and Judy and Mickey McLellan, top producers and sales associates of Crye-Leike in Memphis, who shared in a panel discussion their experiences and marketing strategies in dealing with luxury properties.
